Today I wanted to share with you 10 accounts that brighten up my Instagram feed. Whether it’s because of their attitude towards the hardships in their lives or their incredible and unique sense of style, they add colour and happiness to my feed- something I think we could all do with more of!

A FABULOUS lady who never fails to make me smile with her content, Fran is a super kind and uplifting friend of mine and Instagram would be a much more boring place without her exuberant posts. Her style (both in fashion and aesthetic) is a unique, cutesy dream and I think we all need a bit of FP sass in our lives.

Founder of ‘The Happy News’ and the whole of The Happy Newspaper gift, book and stationery collection, Emily Coxhead has a way with words like no other. Her quotes and products will add a heap of happiness to your life!

Zoë is a little ray of sunshine over on Instagram and you only just need to have a glance at her feed to realise this. A florist and teacher, she shares such beautiful and bright posts which are always so lovely and she is so super kind.

Where do I start with my BEAUT pal Abi? The best gal who exudes sass and has the coolest sense of style and is just as wonderful in real life.
Charleigh Victory
I discovered this lady a few months ago and let me tell you, my Instagram has been a much brighter place since she’s been around! She empowers me to recognise my chronic illnesses for what they are, and to not let them define me but just to constantly listen to my body and to trust myself. She is stunning, radiant and has the fiercest attitude (which I adore).
Laura Phipps
Another friend of mine who is always a ray of positivity is Laura. She has supported me so much, has the biggest heart and I just know she inspires all of those around her with her gracious outlook on life.

A lovely lady who I have been following for a while now, there’s something about Bee that is so loveable! She lights up my insta feed and is always there to have a good old natter with (she also wins the caption game every time with her wit and humour!)
The Tummy Diaries
The gorgeous Lottie is full of smiles and helps us who struggle with IBS or other bloating conditions to not feel ashamed, but empowered! She encourages me to feel happy in the skin I’m in, bloated-ness and all and is just such an amazing lady.
What Eva Wears
As her bio suggests, Eva lets the light in wherever she goes and I always adore her posts. Her latest post is my personal fave (see below) because it’s so raw and we can really see her beautiful self shining, not only visually, but through her words.
