Today I wanted to share with you all the top seven places I would love to go in the world. Now, I am by no means a travel fanatic and a total home bird, but there are just places that I would just love to see, explore, and get a sense of. I’ve already been lucky enough to go to some incredible places like Egypt, Budapest and the Caribbean, and I am by no means taking the ability to travel for granted, these are just places that hopefully, one day, I’ll get to explore with those I love to create some more beautiful memories. These may seem like some typical ‘millennial girl’ places to go to, but I genuinely have wanted to travel to these destinations since I was a little kid, and for various reasons. Whether it’s because of my ever-growing love of colour, or the sentiment behind the place, these are just a handful of places I hope to visit one day.
BONDI BEACH, AUSTRALIA
Have you seen their swimming pool?! As a water baby (excluding the deep sea, no thank you), this place looks like a dream to me. It’s also not far from Sydney, which is another place I would love to go to one day.

CAPE TOWN, SOUTH AFRICA
Cape Town has always appealed to me, perhaps because of my childhood crush on Caspar Lee, but also because of how much it has to offer. A beach full of PENGUINS, safaris, and the most beautiful houses. I know Cape Town is a little dangerous, so I would have to go with someone I really trust, but it is an amazing part of the world I would love to visit one day.

VENICE, ITALY
Will has already been lucky enough to go to Venice and so I have vicariously been through the beautiful photos he sent me, but I would still love to go one day. It was one of the last places mum went abroad to and I remember she brought back all of these gorgeous Venician beads that Steph and I still treasure to this day.

COSTA RICA, CENTRAL AMERICA
A place where I would love to live out my ‘Moana Moment’ in is Costa Rica. Sometimes it baffles me that we live in a world where such incredibly beautiful places exist, and it reminds me of how wonderful our maker is! Show me alllll the waterfalls, palm trees and exotic birds…

LOS ANGELES COUNTY, CALIFORNIA
I mean, I’m not a fan of crowds but I’m pretty sure I could deal with them for the experience of L.A. with the vivid colours, the weather and the appealing sense of hope and happiness. From Venice Beach to Beverley Hills, I think it’s just a way of life I would love to experience at some point in my life.

BARCELONA, SPAIN
Queue Ed Sheeran! My friend Sabs went to Barcelona a few years ago and I have wanted to go ever since- it made her so happy and to me, this city is the perfect blend of stunning architecture and the more rural, but still beautiful, city life.

SANTORINI, GREECE
Another place that may be considered stereotypically popular for ‘bloggers’ is Santorini. However, there’s a little story about why I want to return to Greece. The trip my family and I took to Zante was the last one we took before we found out mum had cancer. She found a rash on her breast on this holiday and whilst the holiday is tainted slightly, Greece is now a special place to me because it was the last time abroad we were a ‘normal’ family, and it’s a place I associate with the ‘healthy’ version of mum. So I would love to go back one day, preferably to a place like Santorini that is so gorgeous, to have a relax, enjoy the sights and to remember mum in the fondest and most positive light.

These are just some of the places I would love to go to one day. Do you have a travel bucket list? Which locations are on yours?
with all my love,
